The 2012 Copenhagen Historic Grand Prixwill take place during the weekend of August 4-5. And as tradition prescribes, the Lord Mayor of Copenhagen, Frank Jensen, will host a welcomming pan-cake buffet and press briefing at City Hall – this year on Friday August 3.Although the program for the weekend has not yet been finalised the 12th edition of the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix will be a mouth-watering journey into the time capsule of historic motor racing. Fachinating grids, action packed racing and a number of significant anniversaries celebrated on and around the track in the center of Copenhagen is a certainty.
Saturday and Sunday the charity race for the children’s wards at the neighbouring State University Hospital offers spectators the unique chance to experience a few laps on the race track with a professional race driver of international pedigree at the wheel.
