All prices on our website include Danish toll, VAT and taxes. In relation to abroad sales, toll is not identified. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail. OBS! Payment options

At CHGP ApS are the following payment options available:

CHGP ApS is PBS A/S approved (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro or American Express) to handle the above mentioned debit cards. Please note, we are making use of POP-UP windows in connection to our payment process. If you have installed a POP-UP blocker, will our payment module in certain incidents not open automatically.

Payment security

If you are paying with a debit card (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro or American Express), you are always secured against mishandling, since you have the opportunity to reject the payment when receiving your payment overview. You have no deductible if your card is being mishandled in a web shop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in their payment system. Thus, you are better secured in the psychical world where your deductible is 1.200 DKK, if your debit card is mishandled using a pin-code.

The data you are sending in relation to purchases with debit card is encrypted (SSL), and only PBS has accessibility to the information. Neither CHGP ApS nor another third party has the opportunity to read the information.

The payment is withdrawn when the product has been sent out, and CHGP ApS can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved when purchasing the product.

Delivery options

Delivery time is 3-4 weekdays

If the product against expectations is not in storage, CHGP ApS will be contacting you via phone or e-mail.

Timely delivery

Timely delivery is due to Post Danmark complies with the Day-to-Day delivery. If there occur any delays at Post Danmark, will it be equivalent to the delayed delivery in relation to the anticipated delivery date. Post Danmark quality measures in relation to delivery security are minimum 97% for letters and 99% for packages. OBS! The percentages are an average and are covering large local and time limited variations. CHGP ApS cannot be drawn responsible for any delays related to Post Danmark. However, incidents with extraordinary long delivery delays (several days) or missed delivered, CHGP will sent a new product, charge free.

Bornholm and the smaller Danish Islands

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small Danish Islands, Post Danmark Day-to-Day goal is not the same as the above mentioned. Since delivery to these areas can take up to 2-3 weekdays more than estimated 3-4 weekdays. CHGP’s delivery statements are always based on Post Danmark Day-to-Day delivery.

Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad

We also deliver to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad.

Right of cancellation and warranty

We offer a two year warranty in accordance to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, on products with manufacturing or material defects, when continuously using the product properly. The warranty does not cover mistakes, damages, aging, direct or indirect mishandling and poor maintenance, as well as violent or unauthorised use of the product. Complaints regarding defects being detected on the product shall be sent to CHGP within 14 days. The product can subsequently be returned for repairing, changing or a credit agreement. In connection to warranty cases, CHGP ApS is held accountable for returning cost within reason.

Right of cancellation

CHGP offer a 14 day cancellation right on the products, from the day receiving the product. If you choose to reject your purchase within the 14 day period, the product shall be returned in the same condition which received and the amount will be returned.

Defects or missed deliveries

In case of defects or missed deliveries, please contact CHGP by e-mail on info@chgp.dk or by phone on +45 86 51 99 29. Remember to state your order no. or invoice no. so we quick and easily can solve the problem.

Product returning

In case of returning a product, please send an e-mail to info@chgp.dk and wait for further information before sending the product. Remember to state your order no. or invoice no., and a brief statement for returning the product. If the procedure is not kept, delays may occur in the expedition time.

OBS! We do not accept packages sent per C.O.D. Returning can also be completed by refusing to receive or delivering the product personally at the CHGP office.

In the case of agreed discounts, returned products or pre-paid products being cancelled before sending, CHGP will fully or partially reimburse the amount. Reimbursement is being transferred via PBS, and returned to the same account. Reimbursement can also occur via a bank transaction. Please state registration and account no. to your bank notice. The information is not sensitive, and can safely be sent by e-mail or phone.

Personal information

Personal information registered at CHGP ApS, will in no point of time be transferred, sold or made available to a third party. All personal information will be securely stored in our system, and only shared with authorised CHGP employees.

In relation to electronical payments, CHGP use an encrypted method through “Webshopsystemet”, which is PBS approved.

“Webshopsystemet” are using cookies to manage the customers’ content in the shopping cart. A cookie is a file being saved in your own computer, as well saving your own address information for the convenience of your next visit to the website. If you later on wish to delete this information, can this be done via your web browser. In Internet Explorer can it be done via the menu “Functions” -> “Internet information”.

During your purchase, we request name, address, phone no. and e-mail address, this information is only used exclusively for processing your order. The information will get stored electronically in an encrypted form, and be saved for five years in our system. The contract itself (payment agreement) will not be stored, and CHGP do not storage the contract, with the possible for you to see later on.

We register the IP-address in order to complete the payment. The information is normally not used, but can be made available in a possible police investigation, and all false orders will get reported to the police.

Cf. the Personal Data Protection Act, CHGP will upon request about registered information, make deletions to the extent desired.
