The Danish Formula-One driver Kevin Magnussen will race at Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix and the Haas-driver’s F1-racer from 2017 will be on display at the venue.
The audience at Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix will have the opportunity to experience the Danish Formula-One star Kevin Magnussen on Danish soil during the first weekend of August 2018 and even though he will bring along his 2017 F1-racer to the event, he will not entertain the audience in the Haas VF-17. In stead, the 25-year-old race driver will participate in “Race for Charity” along with a number of his professional Danish racing colleagues and offer passenger rides to the audience on both Saturday, August 4th and Sunday, August 5th.
Race for Charity is a recurring event at Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix and since 2010, nearly DKK 3 million have been donated to charity. All funds collected through Race for Charity are donated to a good cause and similar to last year, the funds collected in 2018 will be donated to the Children and Youth Program at Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen Hospital. Last year, Race for Charity collected a record-breaking amount of DKK 600.000.
Kevin Magnussen participates in Race for Charity in collaboration with the Danish Ferrari dealer, Formula Automobile, and his Formula-One racer has been brought to the country in order to promote Copenhagen as future Formula-One venue.
